Communication Restrictions

You must communicate with tutors within the approved platforms. You must not share any phone number, email address, or means of direct communication unless explicitly permitted by Valuetuition's coordinators.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with these terms will result in the immediate termination of services to you. You will be refused service in the future if you violate these terms.

Approved Communication

You are allowed to communicate with tutors within approved platforms such as through our own WhatsApp numbers. You must maintain respectful language when communicating with tutors.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Singapore.

Changes to Terms

Valuetuition reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes to these terms will be effective upon posting on Valuetuition's website.

Reservation of Right to Refuse Service

Valuetuition reserves the right to refuse service to any customer suspected of:

• Abusing our free trial system, including but not limited to, creating multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent trial limitations.
• Colluding with tutors or other third parties to evade or circumvent Valuetuition's agency fees or services.
• Engaging in any other form of exploitation of our website's services, including but not limited to, manipulating or attempting to manipulate our systems, policies, or procedures to gain an unfair advantage.

User Acknowledgement

By signing up with Valuetuition's service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
